JP.Milton Limited develops women's activewear and everyday apparel under its own brands and sells it online, directly to consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. We manage every stage, from product development with our manufacturing partners to delivery and after-sales care.
JP.Milton Limited is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Hong Kong on 6 August 2026. Its single line of business is to create, own and operate its own direct-to-consumer brands. It is an operating company, not a holding or pass-through vehicle: it develops products, has them made, sells them under its own brands and pays for the services that support those sales.
The company is new, but its operating model is not. Its management has prior experience in direct-to-consumer apparel e-commerce, and details are provided on request. As a newly incorporated company, JP.Milton is now putting in place the banking arrangements its activity requires.
Why Hong Kong: our products are made in mainland China and paid for in renminbi, US dollars and Hong Kong dollars, while our customers pay in euros, pounds sterling and US dollars. Hong Kong places the company next to its manufacturing base, under a common-law legal system and in an international banking and trade centre. One legal entity can therefore collect its sales proceeds and pay its suppliers, with a clear record of each flow.
Every sale is a retail sale of our own products to an individual consumer, paid online at checkout. Specialist partners make, store and deliver our products to our instructions. The product decisions, the brands and the relationship with the customer stay with JP.Milton.
We provide no sourcing, procurement or trading services, and we do not buy or sell goods on anyone else's behalf.
We offer no consulting, advisory, coaching or training services.
We sell only products developed for our own brands. We sell no third-party brands, replicas or imitations.
Orders are shipped from stock bought from our manufacturing partners and held by our logistics partners.
We hold no funds for others, extend no credit, provide no payment services and offer no investments.
Our core range is women's activewear designed for training and everyday wear: leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and T-shirts. Related everyday apparel and accessories such as towels, socks and caps complete the range.
These are ordinary consumer goods, sold at retail prices to individuals. They are not medical devices or protective equipment, are not subject to export-control licensing and are not age-restricted. We describe them by their cut, fabric, fit, support and care, never by an effect on the body, and we make no health, medical or slimming claims.
We sell only online, to consumers buying for their own use. Each market is priced in its own currency and served from the logistics location best placed to reach it. Our stores are set up to deliver only to these three markets. We do not sell to, ship to or source from any country, territory or person subject to sanctions that apply to us.
Prices in euros. Orders shipped from our logistics partner's warehouse in Europe. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Prices in pounds sterling. Orders shipped from the same European warehouse. Statutory 14-day cancellation right.
Prices in US dollars. Orders shipped from China by our fulfilment partner. A delayed order may be cancelled for a full refund.
Specialist partners do the physical work. JP.Milton sets the specifications, places the orders and answers to the customer.
We define each product: its use, cut, fabric, colours and sizes. A style goes into production only once its prototype has been validated.
Purchase orders fix styles, colours, sizes, quantities and prices. Our sourcing agent coordinates production with partner factories in mainland China on our behalf, and pre-production samples are approved before bulk production.
Finished goods are held by third-party logistics partners: a warehouse in Europe for EU and UK orders, and a fulfilment partner in China for US orders.
Customers discover our brands through advertising on Meta platforms, creators and affiliates working under written terms, and emails to customers who have agreed to receive them.
Customers order on our brands' own Shopify stores and pay by card or digital wallet, through regulated processors such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Our logistics partners pick and pack each order and hand it to a carrier. Customer questions are handled by email through a helpdesk, and returns, exchanges and refunds follow each store's published policy.
Revenue comes from one source: retail sales of our own products. Regulated payment processors collect customers' card and wallet payments. They will settle them, net of their fees, refunds and any chargebacks, to accounts held in the company's own name.
The resulting pattern is that of an online retailer. Money comes in as many payments of ordinary retail value, grouped by each processor into regular settlements. Money goes out as fewer, larger payments to identified business counterparties, timed around production orders and invoices. We expect activity to rise around product launches and in the year-end shopping season.
From regulated payment processors, in EUR, GBP and USD. Each settlement groups many consumer orders.
To our manufacturing partners and sourcing agent, in CNY, USD or HKD, against purchase orders and invoices.
To logistics and fulfilment partners, in EUR, USD, HKD or CNY, for storage, order preparation, shipping and returns.
To advertising platforms, mainly Meta, and to creators and affiliates under written terms.
Software subscriptions, including the e-commerce platform and email marketing, and professional fees for accounting, audit and company secretarial services.
Refunds go back to customers through the payment processor. Chargebacks are answered through the processor's dispute process, with order, tracking and correspondence records.
Cash, cryptoassets, payments made or received on behalf of third parties, or company funds routed through personal accounts.
Each brand store publishes its terms of sale and its delivery, returns and privacy policies. The same principles apply to every brand.
Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant providers. We never see or store full card numbers.
Prices and delivery costs are shown in full, in the customer's currency, before payment. Every promotion states its conditions.
If an order is delayed, the customer is told and may cancel for a full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method, never to another person's card or account.
Requests are handled by email through a helpdesk, so that each one is logged and followed up.
Reviews are collected from verified buyers, and we do not write, buy or suppress reviews. Paid partnerships with creators are disclosed.
